• Billing and shipping addresses must match
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• Shipping is currently limited to residential addresses in the United States
Processing & Delivery:
• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping time: 3–5 business days (ground)
• Orders ship Monday–Friday only (excluding U.S. holidays)
• No weekend delivery available
International:
Currently not shipping internationally
6. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. If returns or exchanges are accepted:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Requests must be made within a specified timeframe (e.g., 7–14 days)
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
